Returns and Refunds

Overview

Each piece is individually sourced and assembled, making every item entirely one of a kind. As such, we encourage customers to choose carefully before purchasing.

This policy outlines your rights under UK consumer law, alongside how returns are handled in practice.

Change of Mind (Consumer Cooling Off Period)

For orders placed online, customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of delivery in accordance with UK consumer regulations.

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order

  • The item must be returned in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging

  • The item must be received back within 14 days of your return request

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked and insured express service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in return transit.

Original shipping costs are non refundable. Where complimentary shipping has been provided, this forms part of the overall purchase price. Any applicable deductions will be made in line with UK consumer regulations.

Condition of Returned Pieces

Due to the delicate and one of a kind nature of each piece, items must be returned in the same condition and quality of packaging in which they were received. Returns that arrive damaged or altered may not be accepted.

Damaged or Faulty Pieces

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 24 hours of delivery, with clear photographs of the item and its packaging.

Each case will be assessed individually. Where appropriate, a resolution may include:

  • a replacement with a similar piece, where available

  • store credit

  • or a refund, where required under applicable consumer law

One of a Kind Nature

Pieces are made using vintage materials and are individually assembled. Minor variations, signs of age, or natural imperfections are part of their character and are not considered faults.

Commissioned Pieces

Commissioned or custom pieces are created specifically to your brief and are therefore non refundable and non returnable, except in the case of damage or fault.

Cancellations

Due to the quick dispatch turnaround, orders cannot be cancelled once placed. If you have made an error with your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist where feasible.
