Products and Availability

All pieces are individually sourced and assembled, making each item entirely one of a kind.

Once a piece has been purchased, it is no longer available. We reserve the right to limit the sale of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction on a case by case basis.

Product Representation

We take great care to present our pieces as accurately as possible. However:

  • Colours may vary slightly depending on screen settings and lighting

  • Vintage and antique materials may show natural signs of age and wear

  • Minor variations and imperfections are part of the character of each piece and are not considered faults

All images are provided for illustrative purposes and may not perfectly reflect the item in person.

Pricing and Errors

All prices are listed in GBP and are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, including after an order has been submitted. In such cases, we may cancel or refuse the order and issue a refund.

Orders and Cancellations

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including where we suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity.

Due to the quick dispatch turnaround, orders cannot be cancelled once placed. If you believe you have made an error, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist where feasible.

Commissions

We offer a framing service for customers who wish to have a piece made to order. This includes framing stamps or materials sourced by us on your behalf, or framing stamps and materials supplied by you.

Payment

Full payment is required before work begins on any commission. We will confirm the agreed price, mount and frame options, and any other relevant details with you before taking payment.

Customer-supplied materials

Where you choose to send your own stamps or materials to us for framing, the following conditions apply:

  • Items are sent at your own risk. We accept no liability for loss or damage occurring in transit to us. We recommend using a tracked and insured postal service.

  • Once your items are in our care, we will handle them with the utmost care. In the unlikely event that damage occurs while in our possession, we will discuss an appropriate resolution with you.

  • By sending items to us, you confirm that you own them or have the right to have them framed, and that you accept these conditions.

Timescales

We will provide an estimated completion timescale when confirming your commission. While we will always aim to meet this, it is an estimate and not a guarantee.

Cancellations

Once payment has been made and work has begun, commissions cannot be cancelled and payments are non-refundable. If you wish to cancel before work has started, please contact us as soon as possible.
