Shipping Policy
Dispatch Timeframes
All pieces are carefully prepared and dispatched within 2 to 5 working days of order confirmation. As each item is individually assembled and one of a kind, slight variations in dispatch timing may occur during particularly busy periods, though every effort is made to send orders as promptly as possible.
UK Shipping
All UK orders are shipped free of charge via a tracked and signed service with Royal Mail. Orders are sent using an express service.
International Shipping
All international orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. This means that any customs duties, import taxes, or applicable fees are covered by us and included in the price you pay at checkout. You will not be asked to pay any additional charges upon delivery.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times will vary depending on destination.
UK orders, sent via Royal Mail express services, typically arrive within 1 to 3 working days from dispatch.
International orders, sent via DHL Express, typically arrive within 2 to 5 working days from dispatch, depending on destination.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Tracking and Delivery

Risk and Responsibility
Responsibility for your order passes to you upon confirmed delivery to the address provided. If you believe your parcel has been lost or damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can assist in resolving the issue with the carrier.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately upon receipt with clear photographs of the item and packaging. Each case will be reviewed individually, and an appropriate resolution will be offered.
